Master & Star Student Awards
The Master Student award is an opportunity for MTI to celebrate our spectacular students! The primary purpose of the Master Student program is to celebrate and commend students whose positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional behavior has led to their success at MTI College.
Master Students receive an award of recognition and are displayed in the Hall of Fame.

Each month, MTI chooses 2 students to be Day and Night STARS! These students get an award, special parking and their picture in the Hall of Fame! Star students represent one or more of the Universal Outcomes; they personify communication, problem-solving, technology, accountability, customer service, life-long learning, and/or professionalism.

Who has made your day?!
Ever have one of those days where nothing seems to go your way?
Then someone says something or does something that brightens everything up. The Student Daymaker is a fantastic way of saying “thank you.”
It is an excellent tool to help build each other up, by letting others know they are valued and appreciated!

    • Elk Grove Regional Park 9:45 p.m. & is an all day event
  • Folsom
    • Pro Rodeo City
  • Placer County
    • Auburn, Gold Country Fairgrounds located at 1273High St. starting at 9:40.
    • Lincoln, Mc Bean Park on 5th Street between A and F Street beginning 4th of July events and ending with Firework display between 9 and 10 p.m. at 65 Bean Park Drive.
    • Roseville, fireworks display will be held at the Placer County Fairgrounds at 7:00 pm sums up the day starting in Downtown Roseville with a parade and games & fun at Royer Park.  
  • Yolo County 
    • Davis will celebrate with a party at the Community Park with free swimming, vendor and entertainment will be present with fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

On the second Tuesday of every month we have our daytime $5.00 haircut special from 9:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Then on the second Wednesday of every month we have our evening $5.00 haircut special from 5:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please call Paul Mitchell for an appointment & details (916) 339-1888.
