	Hands On Sacramento Something inspiring is happening in the Sacramento region. People are taking action to tackle critical community needs - and Hands On Sacramento is here to help.
	City of Sacramento Volunteer Program The City of Sacramento welcomes volunteers to help provide services and programs to its citizens. Volunteers provide assistance with animal care, gardening, tours, arts and crafts, child development, special events and much more.
	Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services This group organizes the annual "Run to Feed the Hungry." In addition, the Sacramento Food Bank has year-round need for volunteers to help with many different activities.
	myspace.com Impact MySpace Impact is the official MySpace Channel for the non-profit organizations, MySpace Volunteer Space, Our Planet, Declare Yourself, and Impact Awards.
	Meals on Wheels Senior Nutrition Services provides "Meals On Wheels" in Sacramento County. This program provides hot, nutritious meals for more that 1800 frail seniors in Sacramento County.
	The Playing for Change Foundation By joining the Movement, you will be empowered to inspire and improve communities in need around the world through music.
	MTI Blood Drive The MTI community has donated hundreds of pints of blood since our first blood drive in 2006. Give a donation at our next blood drive!
	Voluntary Legal Services Program (VSLP) VLSP is a volunteer-based “pro bono” legal aid program that provides free assistance with civil legal matters to low income clients living in the Sacramento region. This can be a great opportunity for MTI's paralegal majors.
	Friends of NICU The Foundation was established in March 2007 to provide a little lift to those families with baby/babies in the Mercy San Juan Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
	Sacramento Sheriff's Toy Project Donate toys for children in need. Also, Tech Students can help refurbish computers to prepare them for donation.

Francis House An interfaith effort to provide support for improverished or homeless local people.	Loaves & Fishes Without passing judgment, and in a spirit of love and hospitality, Loaves & Fishes feeds the hungry and shelters the homeless.
Volunteers of America - Sacramento A national, nonprofit, faith-based organization providing local human service programs, as well as opportunities for individual and community involvement.	Project Birthday Our goal is to brighten and celebrate the lives of those in need by providing birthday parties and gifts to homeless children in the Sacramento area.
Ronald McDonald House Charities (Northern CA) Dedicated to supporting programs that improve the lives of children and their families by supporting the Sacramento Ronald McDonald House and Camp Ronald McDonald at Eagle Lake.	Big Brothers / Big Sisters We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors children, ages 6 through 18, in communities across the country - including Sacramento.
